Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division announced the release to the application suite of Luciad portfolio, announcing a significant update of its platform for building advanced real-time geospatial analysis applications dedicated to the GeoINT domain.
Luciad 2021 offers improved performance for faster geospatial data delivery, a better set of capabilities and development experience as well as more dynamic web applications, resulting in more efficient and reliable web applications. LuciadFusion, the all-in-one solution for geospatial data management, it has been equipped with two new types of dataflows for faster live image visualization.

Luciad 2021 also features enhancements to the SDKs for desktop and on-board vehicle applications. LuciadLightspeed can now seamlessly integrate into JavaFX-based applications. This makes it easier to embed LuciadLightspeed map components into user interfaces and introduces new capabilities, such as high-resolution map printing. LuciadCPillar, an API for C++ and C# developers, was updated with labelling support and other new features.
